Michelle McGinnis is a 23 year old Visual Communicator who has been drawing portraits for clients professionally for over 5 years. She dabbles in portrait photography, and also does freelance graphic design. Shelly currently works for Empire Education Group in Pottsville as a Graphic Artist.
