This story is based on delightful and humorous photographs of a chipmunk’s charming antics as he explores the author’s garden.  Based in a natural setting, this story enlightens as well as entertains.  The eighty-six photographs give the reader  a close-up view of  the Eastern Chipmunk, and provide interesting expressions not available to the naked eye.

For children of all ages, nature lovers, and the young at heart.

About the Author:
Kathy Miller is a teacher, professional cellist, and nature photographer.  She spent two years photographing and observing Chippy in her garden.  The series of photographs inspired this book.
She graduated summa cum laude from Kutztown University with degrees in Music & Education.  She has played with various area orchestras and music ensembles, including Celtic Sunrise.  Born and raised in Ottawa, Canada she now lives in New Ringgold, Pennsylvania with her husband and a very spoiled indoor cat named Chester.  She teaches cello, piano and guitar at her music studio in New Ringgold.
