THE TAMBOUREENS

This passionate group is serious about music. The Tamboureens perform pop rock with a retro English influence. Lead vocalist, Sebastian Sizemore started his music career singing Baptist gospel, then joined his first band at age 16. Sebastian, along with Jeff and Calvin, performed with The Shade Trees throughout California. Sebastian's blues influence shows up in The Tamboureens' lyrics. Jeff Metz Jr picked up his first guitar at the age of 13. Jeff creates most of The Tamboureens' original melodies, and provides backup vocals. His admiration of George Harrison shows in the group's original music. Bass player Calvin Lippert (aka Richi Snax) met Sebastian in elementary school. They were dubbed the two most "unique" kids in school. Calvin's music is influenced by: John Paul Jones, Tom Hamilton, Paul McCartney, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, and Black Sabbath. Alex Smith has played drums for the last eight years. He digs "any music that sounds good," and his favorite artists are Wilco and Elvis. When not sitting behind the kit for The Tamboureens, Alex manages his business, Radio Cure Productions.Scott Brundage plays guitar and also writes many of the original songs for The Tamboureens. His influences include the Beatles, the Who, and the Rolling Stones, all of which have inspired him to keep his music career number one in his life, after his girlfriend, of course.  $5 music charge
